is there a program which can edit and change a song`s bpm from 115bpm to 125 bpm permanenltly?
So that the edited song is always playing at 125 bpm when i burn it on a cd.

There are audio programs that can do this ...
I know that i can do this in Garage Band on the Mac. Need to find an application that can speed it up without changing the pitch.
Try looking up a plug in called Audacity in Google?? I think it works in mp3 format and you will have to save the %26quot;altered song%26quot; under a different name after exporting out of audacity as a new mp3.
