Something I have always thought would be so cool, is to have a computer game/program that allows you to basically do that game you had as a kid where you can change the body, face, hair, clothes, etc. and actually create your perfect girl or guy. Has anyone seen anything at least similar to this?

Yes. You can do it relatively easily with Macromedia Flash. You have to buy the program. If you want to do it for free, you can use Javascript and use graphics on div layers on a web page. I've seen several similar to what you describe. You need some drag-and-rop script and an array of objects.
