How can i change the color of my themes in Windows XP without using the "classic theme"?

I always wanted to change the color of the taskbar at the bottom, along with the top part of all program windows. But i don't want to use classic. Any ideas? I would really prefer if they were either Microsoft, or legit third-party software.

You can get visual styles that will change the color or whole look of your windows and taskbar. All you need to do is get the ux theme patcher from somewhere( all it does is let your system use 3rd party themes) and then go to a place like deviantart or belchfire to find whatever visual style you want! There are some very good ones out there! Good Luck

Check this link out...they have themes specifically for Windows XP and claim no spyware but you do have to register to download.

The Guidelines link has information regarding spyware/adware etc...
