i cannot seem to delete msn messenger even when i go to remove / change programs it always signs me in at start up I know no one on MSN and dont need it----how can i rid it without doing a system restore

Once installed it's virtually impossible to remove.
However, you can change the options so that it does not run on startup. Just go into Tools, Options, Preferences and untick the box that says run on startup.

you can't becuse you have an outlook office and you have to remove the office first
you may have deleted it from remove/change programs but you may also need to remove it from your start programs which you can access from Control Panel%26gt;Task Bar/Start Menu ....
