i need a program to write a cd and hide the folders on it ,i don't want that folder appears when users change hidden file option from windows i want it to always be hidden or any program which will protect the disc and don't let others to copy it

Rush's method is the one that you said you didn't want... just a more difficult way of going about it.
There is to my knowledge no way to do this, however, if you are worried about people discovering your files, how about encryption as an alternative? Download WinRAR and put your files in an archive with a password, that way even if someone does find said files they won't be able to view their contents. Then just name the archive something totally offbase, a string of numbers or somesuch.

It can't be done....Alternatively, zip your folder with password protection....unless the user knows the password, the folder could not be unzipped...
