In the past all my internet programs would keep changing regardless of my desires to either full screen it or not. I'm getting a little tired of that tendancy, and now that my resolution is 1900x1200 I want to set it to something permanent rather than a variable. How can I set the window so that it always opens at 850x1000?

It's actually easier than it sounds.
Open IE, size it to whatever you want (or maximize it) and then just do File -%26gt; Close (or Exit if you're using IE 7)
