Hi, when i turn on my PC it takes takes about 15min to load and once i log on it takes another 10min to load everthing. I also checked in msconfig and it always changes to selective startup and i put back to normal startup. i dont have many programs run on startup and its still slow. Other things are weird also such as, when i first open enternet explorer it shows my homepage but freezes up so i exit it and it says not responding so i click close program then when it loads i cancel and it closes it. then i open it again and it runs perfect. iv had webhancer on here before but i thought i removed it with add/remove programs. can anyone help me? i run windows vista home 32bit

why are you changing from selective to normal.....normal means it loads defaults...selective is using your switched off selective choices...
Are you loading your browser before the router/network is ready?
browser.tools.internet options, retype your homepage url in start page, click apply, refresh browser.
download and run ccleaner http://www.ccleaner.com/download/
it should remove any left over ehancer files that maybe freezing up your browser.

Your computer might not be capable of running Vista. Reload XP. It is much better.
