yes there is a way to change programs from start up ok here are the steps press the start menu now click on run(if you have windows vista or windows 7 press microsoft icon + r) now while in run type in msconfig-%26gt; press ok -%26gt; startup and unclick all the programs you dont want to start up now restart your computer and your good the program wont start unless you manually open it hope this helped
