Is there a way to use PL707 software in order to program old Modicon TSX PLC?

Normally it has to work on Win98 but it is not easy to always find a PC with Win98. Would be good to be able to work on Win98 installed on a virtual machine software but this didn%26#039;t want to communicate with PLC (serial port). Is there any other way other than old PC and Win98 to access online programs in TSX? Those PLCs are still working and some need program changes.|||Sorry, but theres no short cut.
