I changed the log on screen with the program Tune-up Utilities 2008 and the screen always refreshes itself!!?

I used the Tuneup Styler and I changed the User Log on Screen Background, so then I changed it back to default and it still reloads the screen and I don%26#039;t know what else to do to stop that problem?|||Make sure you clicked on Apply Changes at the bottom left hand corner.
