I can't log into MSN messenger because I once chose - block this program always and I don't know how to change

In Norton Internet Security Suite, for example, you select Firewall, click the Programs tab, and under Manual Program Control you can find the program you blocked - in this case Messenger - and modify the settings to allow access. If you are not sure how to do this, just open your firewall program and access the help.
