My friends there always changing PC program , Example if i install a Software there removing same time there own way Installing new programe, i want make safety password, please help me if you know method

Remo|||set parental controls|||Assuming you are the owner of the computer:
Ensure you have a user account on the computer at Administrator level. Implement passwords to log on.
Make sure anyone else who uses the computer does so only at limited user level.
Better yet, tell them to their f*%26amp;%26amp;n hands off your computer. They%26#039;ve obviously shown they have no respect for your property.|||If it is you PC, you are the administrator.
Others who use your computer, should access their account to be created for them only.
Go to control panel %26amp; click on user accounts.
Create other account but don%26#039;t give administrator privilege.
Keep your account password protected.
