I need one that will move people and objects out of one pic to another and add them like they were always there. Anyone help me?

photoshop is the way to go, you can get it a for a free 30 day trial from adobe. Gimp is a free program, ive never used it before, but I think its pretty limited from what ive heard.
The best program of choice would be Adobe Photoshop. You can pick up a copy of Adobe Photoshop elements for under $50. The elements version is quite good, and i am familiar with the elements version, and CS2, and CS3. You will find that for changing backgrounds, and changing people's positions, that photoshop is the best. GIMP of course is free, and worth trying. However, photoshop can do much more than GIMP at this point in time, and you can get many plug-ins, add on filters, actions, brushes, etc.. Have fun searching!
