My yahoo messenger isn't working because of the user account settings. How do I make it work again?

everytime i click on it it says DO you want to allow the following program to make changes into this computer? and i always click yes and it does not want to open. Why? What can i do? I want it to open.

Go to your Control Panel and then to User Account Control Settings%26gt;Choose to be Notified about Changes to your Computer.



Put your cursor over the slider on the left and slide it down to %26quot;Never Notify%26quot;. Click on %26quot;OK%26quot; at the bottom.



Once you have finished downloading Yahoo Messenger, change your settings back again.
